SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Weather conditions forecast for the Sacramento region Tuesday and Thursday will bring two more Weather Impact Alert days. Creeks and streams are rising, with big rivers coming up as well. The Sacramento River has come up 10 feet since the beginning of this cycle for the downtown location and should rise another 5-6 feet. It is not in danger of flooding at this time…
