Man arrested for allegedly exposing himself as he drove around Folsom

(FOX40.COM) — A man has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself and touching himself inappropriately on at least three different days as he drove around Folsom, the Folsom Police Department said.

According to police, on Jan. 15, Jan. 25 and Feb. 8 at least six people, five of whom were juveniles, reported seeing a man in or next to a 2022 white Honda Civic who either exposed himself to them or touched himself inappropriately.

The incidents happened on Natoma Station Drive near Parker Drive; near an apartment complex on Sibley Street; and twice on Duchow Way at least one of which occurred near a playground, police said.
