MONTEREY, California — A 17-year-old from Sacramento has been arrested for the murder of 18-year-old Adrian Puga of Salinas, according to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office. The arrest follows a shooting incident during a vehicle sideshow in Prunedale.On November 9, 2024, at approximately 10:25 p.m., the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office and California Highway Patrol responded to multiple calls reporting a shooting at Prunedale Road South and Blackie Road. Upon arrival, officers found Adrian Puga with gunshot injuries.
