SOUTH SACRAMENTO, CA — “Just before midnight on Wednesday, February 19, a resident of South Sacramento County was followed home while on his way home from work.
The victim arrived at his residence and parked his vehicle in the driveway. The suspects parked around the corner from the victim’s residence, and one of the suspects, 23-year-old Josiah Branner, exited the vehicle and approached the victim on foot.
Branner then produced a firearm and robbed the victim of his wallet in his own driveway. Branner fled the scene in a dark-colored Mercedes sedan driven by his 21-year-old girlfriend, Sabrina Jones.
