A beautiful evening under the stars and a perfect spring breeze set the scene for one of the community’s great traditions as the 23rd annual Folsom Wine and Jazz event brought music, flavor, and community spirit to Historic Folsom Friday evening.
Presented by the Folsom High School Music Boosters, the event once again filled the Zittel Family Amphitheater with the sounds of award-winning jazz and the clinking of glasses, all in support of music education. Guests mingled beneath string lights, sampled wine and beer from regional producers, enjoyed small bites from local restaurants, and soaked up stellar performances from Folsom High School’s jazz bands and jazz choir, directed by Gaw Vang Williams.
Giving guests took part in the silent auction, placing bids on donated items and experiences to raise funds for the school’s growing music programs. The participation added an exciting and engaging element to the evening, as attendees competed in good spirits to support the cause…
