Last Friday, Folsom Police officers arrested a juvenile for firearm possession at a party that was being planned online. Officers were alerted about the event and responded quickly. The party organizers moved the location from Rancho Cordova to Cameron Park, eventually settling at the Leidesdorff parking garage. The event attracted many underage participants, as stated by the Folsom Police Department.
The Folsom Police Department reported that over 50 vehicles were turned away from a planned gathering by officers. One driver continued towards the event, but fled when an officer tried to stop the vehicle.
