ELK GROVE, Calif. — A driver was found dead after their vehicle crashed into a tree early Saturday morning in Elk Grove, according to police.
The Elk Grove Police Department said the crash was reported at approximately 5:27 a.m. near the intersection of Elk Grove Boulevard and Backer Ranch Road.
Officers arrived to find the driver dead inside the vehicle. The driver’s identity has not yet been released…
