YOLO COUNTY, Calif. — The fisherman who died in the Sacramento River was identified as Octaviano Garcia Lauro, 24 of Sacramento.
The Yolo County Coroner’s Office confirmed the man’s identity with ABC10 on Wednesday. He was pulled from the river near Old River Road and County Road 127 Tuesday afternoon.
