RIO LINDA, Calif — Residents in Rio Linda say they’re feeling uneasy after a man was taken into custody Saturday following a shooting and attempted kidnapping in their neighborhood.
“Heard a bunch of sirens going back and forth, back and forth, and then when I popped my head out there was a sheriff at the corner right there with his long gun. Just told me to get back in the house,” said Chris Lombardo, a Rio Linda resident.
