Sacramento man sentenced to 16 years, three months in prison for conspiring to distribute fentanyl and methamphetamine

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A Sacramento man has been sentenced to more than 16 years in prison for his role in a drug distribution conspiracy involving fentanyl and methamphetamine.

The United States Department of Justice says that this significant sentencing is part of a broader effort to disrupt drug trafficking operations in California.

27-year old Gilbert Ramirez received his sentence of 16 years and three months in prison from Chief U.S. District Court Judge Troy L. Nunley.
