Between June 30 and July 6, the City of Sacramento’s 311 service received 697 calls related to unsheltered individuals. During that time, the Incident Management Team closed 1,035 calls, either through resolution, compliance by those involved, or because the issue was no longer present when City staff arrived, according to the City of Sacramento.
The City’s Department of Community Response added 95 people to its shelter and aid tracking systems. Fifteen individuals were placed at either the Roseville Road campus or the Outreach and Engagement Center. The Roseville site and Pallet homes are now full, while the Outreach and Engagement Center has 19 open spaces.
