Bystander struck by vehicle in Northern California sideshow, several cars involved

Around 9:45 p.m. on July 18, SPD said it began monitoring sideshow activity, which started near 6th Street and Telegraph Road. Police said it moved to the 5900 block of Stockton Boulevard, and then to Florin Road and Watt Avenue.

Northern California officials issue unsafe water alert, do not drink

Additionally, multiple vehicles stopped, and SPD said there was at least one pursuit.
