The Sacramento City Express has published the details, and it’s all part of the Franklin Boulevard Complete Street Project—a major overhaul designed to better accommodate pedestrians and cyclists while slowing down vehicle traffic. From July 28, you’ll see the west side of Franklin Boulevard, between Sutterville Road and 32nd Avenue, narrowing down to accommodate construction work.
