The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert for an elderly Contra Costa County woman last seen in Sacramento’s Rosemont community.
Susan Cervantes is believed to be driving a gold-colored 2004 Hyundai Sonata with Ohio license plate HGW8324. Cervantes is 79 years old, 5-foot-2 and 105 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a black top. The color of her pants is unknown.
Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office said Cervantes was in Danville about 11 a.m., Tuesday, but was last seen on Bradshaw Road at Lincoln Village Drive in Rosemont, according to the CHP alert…
