Elk Grove woman who led transnational terrorist group pleads guilty to soliciting the murder of federal officials

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – An Elk Grove woman pleaded guilty to multiple charges Friday, including soliciting hate crimes, soliciting the murder of federal officials, and conspiring to support terrorists.

The Justice Department revealed 35-year-old Dallas Humber’s involvement as the leader of the Terrorgram Collective, a transnational terrorist group.
