Early yesterday morning in the 1200 block of 13th Avenue, a grim discovery was made as Sacramento Police officers responded to what was initially a medical call.
According to the Sacramento Police Department social media post, they found an adult male, seated inside his vehicle with at least one gunshot wound after a solo vehicle collision.
Unfortunately, the man’s wounds were fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene by Fire personnel…
