Protesters urge governor to reject bill on non-court child custody arrangements

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Thousands reportedly showed up in Sacramento to protest a bill on Tuesday.

They were there to protest a particular bill that critics say would allow virtually anyone, related or not, to pull kids out of school without a court order or parents’ signature, just by answering 8 questions.
