Napa County authorities on Friday identified a 24-year-old woman found dead from a gunshot wound one day earlier inside a guest room at a luxury resort in Yountville.
The Napa County Sheriff’s Office, which is investigating the death at Bardessono Hotel and Spa as suspicious, said the victim was Ahmyiah Iman Pinkney of Sacramento.
