(FOX40.COM) — A 59-year-old from Davis pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, heroin, opium and ketamine on Tuesday.
According to the United States Attorney’s Office, court documents stated that Parampreet Singh and his co-conspirators, including co-defendants Amandeep Multani, 37, of Roseville and Ranvir Singh, 42, or Sacramento, coordinated drug deals in Canada and the U.S.

Singh was the leader and organizer who dealt in California with encrypted cellphone applications, the DA’s office said.
