SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The family of a man killed in a Del Paso Heights shooting is pleading for help finding his killer, one month after his death.
Relatives say 31-year-old Montray Allen was in the wrong place at the wrong time when he was shot and killed Aug. 9 at the North Avenue Apartments. They believe he had been trying to de-escalate a conflict that began with others at a neighborhood party.
