A Sacramento man was arrested early Monday after officers found him unconscious with a loaded firearm inside a movie theater in Downtown Commons, according to police.
Officers responded shortly after midnight on Monday to the Cinemark Century DoCo on the 1000 block of Fourth Street, where a theater employee reported a man passed out during a screening with a firearm in his lap. Police secured the weapon and arrested the man without incident.
The suspect, identified as a 28-year-old, was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges.
