Roaches, rat droppings at Sacramento restaurants. What else did inspectors find?

Sacramento County health inspectors closed a local gas station, a sandwich shop and a Mexican restaurant due to cockroaches, mold and hundreds of rat droppings.

In addition to closing a total of four eateries in the Sacramento area, inspectors cited 10 restaurants for safety violations ranging from a fully blocked sink and “black debris” to flies and dried mouse droppings.
