Firefighters fully contained a wildfire that prompted evacuation warnings in Solano County on Saturday afternoon.
The Pippo Fire began around 2:30 p.m. and burned through nearly 12 acres of land near the 3900 block of Cantelow Road by late afternoon, summoning approximately 50 firefighters to fight the blaze that had posed threats life and property in farmland north of Vacaville.
