Gunfire Strikes ABC Sacramento Affiliate Station One Day After Protesters Denounce ABC ‘Indefinitely’ Pulling Jimmy Kimmel Live!

A Sacramento news station was hit by gunfire on Friday, Sept. 19, the Sacramento Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE.

Around 1:30 p.m., a vehicle drove by and fired several shots at the lobby window of the Tenga-owned ABC affiliate station, according to the SPD. It is unclear how many shots were fired, but at least three hit the building.
