SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Prosecutors are moving to keep the man accused of opening fire on ABC10’s Sacramento station behind bars without bail, arguing in a new filing that he poses a serious danger to the public.
The motion, filed September 22 by Deputy District Attorney Casey Newton, asks a judge to revoke the suspect’s $200,000 bail and remand him into custody.
