(FOX40.COM) — On Tuesday, Sacramento Mayor Kevin McCarty gave Fox40 a closer look at his new six-point plan to address homelessness in the community.
The long-term project focuses on giving people in need a place to go. It’s expected to nearly double the number of beds available to the unhoused.
