A routine medical call in Sacramento turned serious after a man’s body was found, leading to a homicide investigation. It happened on September 21st on the 2700 block of Ramp Way, near Miller Regional Park, as reported by the Sacramento Police Department.
Upon arrival, fire personnel found the body of a 53-year-old man and quickly called for backup from Sacramento Police officers. The case, initially a matter for the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office to untangle, escalated once authorities conducted an autopsy, which, according to a Facebook post by the Sacramento Police Department on September 26, led investigators to suspect foul play. After the autopsy, the case quickly shifted from a medical check to a homicide investigation.
