(FOX40.COM) — The 31st annual Giant Pumpkin Festival kicked off on Saturday morning, with officials expecting to have all 122 acres of Elk Grove park packed.
This year, the festival featured carnival rides, games, local vendors, food trucks, live entertainment and the biggest draw of a giant pumpkin weigh off.
