ELK GROVE, Calif. — The City of Elk Grove is looking for some community input as they work on developing a permanent homeless shelter.
To that end, the city started a short survey to rank what criteria people find important as they search for a site. Officials said the feedback will help the project line up with community needs, concerns and values.
