(FOX40.COM) — Daylight Saving Time ends on Nov. 2, and many are preparing to turn back their clocks by one hour at 2 a.m. But what does the time change mean for the internal clock?
The Sleep Foundation organization said that while people gain an hour, the end of DST can still affect the circadian rhythm. This may result in a sleep schedule adjustment for a week or longer.
