CITRUS HEIGHTS, Calif. — Citrus Heights police are on scene Monday morning after a man barricaded himself inside a home on the 7300 block of Chivalry Way, according to the Citrus Heights Police Department.
Police said the incident happened with a call for service at the location earlier Monday morning.
