Jack’s Urban Eats Could Join West Sacramento’s Club Pheasant Development

A local fast-casual chain could be expanding to West Sacramento’s highly anticipated Club Pheasant redevelopment.

Jack’s Urban Eats has reportedly agreed to lease space at the forthcoming multi-concept dining campus at 2525 Jefferson Blvd, according to an earlier report from KCRA. Founded in Sacramento in 1998, Jack’s has grown to nearly a dozen locations across the region, with another coming soon to Carmichael Village.

The menu features build-your-own salads, bowls, and plates alongside hearty handheld sandwiches stuffed with tri-tip, chicken, and turkey. Fan-favorite sides include the famed Urban Fries: fresh-cut potatoes doused in blue cheese dressing, chili flakes, a drizzle of chili oil, and a sprinkle of parsley…
