At around 4:50 p.m., the sheriff’s office shared on X that Pharr was last seen wearing a pink zip-up sweater, black pants and grey Skechers shoes near Boyd Drive in Carmichael earlier this morning. She was reported missing shortly after her adult son returned home from work.
