  • Gravy and chicken in the hot holding unit were found at unsafe temperatures. The gravy was reheated, and the chicken was discarded.
  • The sanitizer in the warewashing machine measured 0 ppm and was corrected during the inspection, the report noted.
  • Household microwaves were in use which the report said must be replaced within 60 days. Standing water was found inside the refrigerator under the grill.
  • The mop sink faucet was found leaking.
  • The tallow bin was found left open and is expected to be corrected within 24 hours.
  • Gaps were observed between the floor and wall throughout the facility.
  • A porous ceiling tile was found in the warewashing area.
  • The posted health permit was not up to date. The report said the current permit must be located and posted within 7 days, or a replacement should be requested.
