(FOX40.COM) — Homicide detectives and crime scene investigators are investigating an assault that left one person dead on Tuesday morning, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
According to SPD, officers responded to a person down in the roadway around 4:30 a.m. in the area of Stockton Boulevard and Broadway.
