(FOX40.COM) — Leatherby’s Family Creamery reported that a person robbed its Arden location on Wednesday night, ripping the cash register off the counter and running out while customers were inside the restaurant.
“Person came in, took the opportunity to grab the register and yank out all the cords. All the, all of the stuff ran out the door. And didn’t get a look how we got away, but he ran out,” Jacbob Leatherby said.
The suspect made off with about $350 in cash, but Leatherby says the damage left behind was far more costly, including broken equipment and wiring that will need to be replaced…
