Mark III Construction is going big in McClellan Park, locking in a combined manufacturing and office campus that will serve as its new Sacramento-area headquarters. The family-owned firm is taking over more than 300,000 square feet of industrial space and says the move will pull its prefabrication, MEP assembly and modular production lines under one roof to shorten field schedules and scale up factory-built components.
According to CoStar, the deal is a 10-year, seven-month lease covering about 320,000 square feet across four bays, with roughly 34,000 square feet of office space.
