The City of Sacramento released its weekly Incident Management Team (IMT) report on homelessness for December 1 to December 7, 2025. During this week, the city’s 311 service received 583 calls about unsheltered individuals. These calls led to 2,140 cases being opened. One call can result in multiple cases. The ‘cases opened’ metric has been used since July 2025 to show more details about the city’s response.
City staff closed 2,967 cases during the week. This means the reported issues were resolved, met requirements, or were no longer present when checked.
