According to the DA’s office, Hicks was convicted by a jury of two counts of kidnapping for ransom, extortion, or reward with a firearm enhancement; two counts of human trafficking of an adult with the firearm and a deadly weapon enhancement; two counts of pimping; two counts of pandering; two counts of forcible rape; two counts of forcible oral copulation; one count of felon in possession of a firearm; one count of possession of a controlled substance with a loaded and operable firearm.
