Elk Grove woman who was leader of transnational terrorist group sentenced to 30 years in prison

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The United States Department of Justice says that Dallas Humber, a 35-year-old resident of Elk Grove, was sentenced to 30 years in prison on Wednesday.

U.S. District Judge Dena Coggins handed down the sentence for Humber’s role as the leader of the transnational terrorist group, the Terrorgram Collective.
