With heavy rain and windy conditions expected, clogged storm drains could cause localized flooding. Carlos Eliason, spokesperson for the City Department of Utilities, advised residents to keep drains clear of leaves and debris to help prevent street flooding. Residents can use a broom or rake to remove materials from around nearby storm drains.
