Larson Repeats as High Limit International Winner at Perth

KWINANA BEACH, WA (December 30, 2026) — Kyle Larson took advantage of a late race restart to go from third to first in route to winning the High Limit International finale Tuesday night at Perth Motorplex. Larson, from Elk Grove, California, passed Dayne Kingshott for second position around the outside of turns one and two before driving by Kofoid for the lead in turns three and four to win the High Limit International finale at Perth for the second year in a row that was worth $110,000 Australian currency.

From there Larson had to contend with Corey Day, who had made his way up to second position during the closing stages of the main event before blowing a right rear tire that triggered a fuel stop with just four laps to go. Following the restart Kingshott took a final look under Larson, but was unable to make the pass with Larson cruising to victory.
