Seeking to better serve its residents, the City of Sacramento has introduced an artificial intelligence feature on its website, which was launched on December 18. Officially rolled out to aid users in swiftly finding city-related information, the feature adds an AI-generated summary atop search results on the City’s website.
This new tool allows users to pose their questions in plain language and receive summarized answers from various city sources, as reported by the Sacramento City Express.
