Sacramento CEO pleads guilty to over $777K investment scam

Jaswant Singh Gill, 57, of Sacramento, pleaded guilty on Thursday to one count of wire fraud for orchestrating an investment fraud scheme, the DOJ said.

The DOJ reported that the court document shows that between May 2024 and June 2025, Gill was the chief executive officer of Kismet Capital Partners.
