It looks like a Bellevue, Washington-based pizza chain may soon open another Sacramento area location.
MOD Pizza recently appeared in leasing materials from local brokerage The Edwards Company. According to the Sacramento Business Journal, the fast-casual chain is set to occupy a 2,575-square-foot space at the Alder Creek Marketplace, a Safeway-anchored shopping center slated to open in 2027 at the southwest corner of Alder Creek Parkway and East Bidwell Street in Folsom Ranch.
Founded in 2008 by Scott and Ally Svenson and acquired by Elite Restaurant Group in 2024, MOD Pizza now operates nearly 500 locations nationwide, including existing local sites in Sacramento, Woodland, and Roseville.
