(FOX40.COM) — The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office identified the baby who died after a head-on crash in January as Issac Wilson Shirley of Jackson.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 2:08 a.m. on Jan. 24 on State Route 16 east of Carbondale Road due to the dense fog.
CHP officials said in a press release that Juliana Aranda, 24, of Jackson, was driving a black 2018 Hyundai Elantra eastbound at an unknown speed, while Sandy So, 33, of Jackson, was driving a silver 2016 Honda Fit westbound, also at an unknown speed…
