The Khol’s building in Citrus Heights, located at 6135 San Juan Ave. on the corner of San Juan Avenue and Greenback Lane, was recently purchased by a Texas-based real estate investment company, the Sacramento Business Journal reported. Several commercial real estate sites that previously listed the property for sale indicate listing prices around $10 million in 2024.
The almost-6-acre parcel has one 67,000-square-foot building that houses Kohl’s as the only tenant. Kohl’s opened in 2009, according to online records. Prior to Kohl’s, 6135 San Juan Ave. was home to Mervyns before the prominent clothing chain went bankrupt in 2008…
