An East Sacramento pizza mainstay is preparing to relocate.
OneSpeed Pizza‘s current lease at 4818 Folsom Blvd expires at the end of 2026, and the building’s future appears tied to a potential multistory residential development. Rather than wait for the final domino to fall, chef-owner Rick Mahan has already begun scouting for a new location—ideally within the same neighborhood the restaurant has long called home.
According to The Sacramento Bee, the property’s landlord had previously expressed interest in demolishing the building to make way for housing. Because Mahan still held an active lease, the landlord was required to honor it through the end of the year…
