Meeting on Natoma Station maintenance district
The City of Folsom will hold a final community meeting on March 5, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Folsom City Hall Council Chambers at 50 Natoma St. The meeting will explain the proposed formation of the Natoma Station Maintenance Assessment District (No. 2025-2) and how it could affect neighborhood maintenance. Residents will also learn about the ballot they will receive in late February.
The proposal follows earlier meetings on January 22 and January 29, 2026, and the City Council’s approval of a preliminary engineer’s report on February 10, 2026. The current Natoma Station Landscaping & Lighting District has an annual assessment of $91.70 per household, unchanged since 1990, which no longer covers costs.
