(KRON) — An Ebony Alert has been issued for Solano and Contra Costa counties for a 28-year-old missing woman who was last seen four days ago, the California Highway Patrol announced on Saturday. CHP activated the alert on behalf of the Vallejo Police Department.
Arielle Efford was last seen at approximately 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 17, at the intersection of Riverview and Power drives, according to CHP. Efford is believed to be traveling on foot.
